Anger is such a waste of good energy. Some people thrive on anger – they let it consume them, and sadly, don’t realize that overtime, it slowly becomes part of who they are.
If you think about it…most of the time, what makes us angry is merely the result of unmet expectations.
How to reduce anger?
Adjust your expectations and anger will dissipate.
Start with a change:
> Change how you approach the situations that bother you.
> Change your relationship with the person who is not meeting your needs.
> Change the part or all of the process that is not working.
There is no reason to be angry. Just a reason to change course.
It’s that simple. Now if only it were that easy 😉
